Sheryl at Temecula Quilt Co. has a summer quilt-along going on and it's a perfect leader-ender project as I work on the pieced border for my Roman Stripe quilt. Her darling little blocks for the sew-along are a mere 4 inches finished, but mine will be six inches. Here are the blocks for week one.I don't think I have enough of the blue background fabric for the entire quilt, but I'll see how far I get and then call it 'done.' Or, maybe I'll just find a different fabric for the borders. We shall see!
